You are comparing both two different class of Bombers and different missiles at the same time, it makes no sense.
The B1 is a much bigger plane with more then twice the max takeoff weight of a H-6.
The 2PZD-21 is a huge ballistic anti ship missile with an estimated range of 1500 km and a top speed of mach 10 while the LRASM is a relatively small subsonic missile with an estimated 370km range.
If you want to discuss antiship missiles it is probably better to do that in PLAN Anti-ship/surface missiles
is the 2PZD-21 actually the ship launched YJ-21? I couldn't find the range of the 2PZD-21 anywhere. But if what you say is true then the performance of the 2PZD-21 can make up for the small payload of the H-6K. Since it is a much more deadlier missile than anything the US has.

This source says the 2PZD-21 is based on the CM-401. Mainly because it "looks" similar to it.
This one says the 2PZD-21 is the air launched variant of the YJ-21.

yea I checked the H-20 thread by mistake. I even posted the article there then they moved it here.

The real question is that you probably should've checked which thread you posted it in to begin with, as well as going back a few weeks in the thread of relevance to see if it was already posted there given the article is citing a tweet from a few weeks ago too.
I was surprised the tu-95 is bigger than the H6. I always thought they were relatively similar in size.Sino-Russian joint air patrol near Alaska.

In warfare isn't it normal for two opposing sides to have dissimilar weapons platforms?
