Well, a flywing layout for a Chinese strategic bomber is the most reasonable choice for China:
1) Flywing design is good for stealth.
2) Flywing design is one of the most efficient design in terms of lift-resistance ratio, it requires one of the least thrust to drag a given payload: the thrust-to-weight ratio of B2 is only 1/2-1/3 of any other modern US/Russian bomber, including these 1950s B-52, thanks to its flywing layout.
Since China AVIC's main weakness is engine and this situtation will not change much in the near future, flywing is the obvious choice for China's strategic bomber design, its not only make a stealth design easier, but also address the engine problem.
