Regarding SAC not having "jobs". That is sad but, if it can not deliver, better let it "die" than keep it alive. SAC was the 1st and the backbone, XAC and CAC were all founded by taking out personells from SAC in their early times. In essence XAC and CAC are like the sons of SAC. But the purpose of having any company is to deliver something valuable. Maybe a deep restructuring is necessary to revive SAC.

I was referring to the article that Henri K posted that mentioned the H-18, in it, he mentioned that the development of the H-18 was transferred to XAC, I was somewhat guessing/speculating, and according to the latest rumors, the H-18's been cancelled :( and the H-20 is now the only bomber project in development.

Nah, they look about right with the CAD images of the supposed bomber that we've seen before...

Those CAD images depicted a B-2 esque profile but with more pronounced "wings" as well.

Looks like the general consensus now is that the first prototype will fly around 2018, so if the Y-20 is anything to go by, the H-20 should enter service around the 2021-2022 timeframe.
