It's not H-20.
It's just a wind tunnel model of a B-2, because it makes sense to study the wind tunnel effects of an existing aircraft like B-2.
The pictures are from 2019.

Regardless of all the speculation, I am exited to see both the H-20 and B-21. Two strategic stealth bombers are likely to be revealed within 12 months of each other! That is a total first, and the idea of two strategic bombers being in production in large quantity and the same time... well, it has been decades since that was the case!

I hope that the B21 actually turns out to be overbudget over have problems.

It's reported that Ge "emphasized the great strategic and historical significance of the development of this model".

This is almost an official debut announcement of the H-20 'cos there were only bomber aircraft, cargo aircraft, ICBM and ICBM nuclear submarine would have the "strategic" prefix in the official news.

Latest Weibo news said that this should be J35 to be tested flight soon, not H20
