The scale is all off, it resembles an RC drone.

Look at the clouds behind it for a concept of scale. The clouds are unlikely to be very high altitude, implying the aircraft is very close to the ground, which implies that the aircraft isn't that big.

So the conclusion would be, this is either an RC drone (and it feels like a kite to me), or is a UAV / UCAV being tested.

Biggest issue I'd see here is the relative wing sweep. I think in the sample shown you can clearly tell that the military aircraft, if it is one, has an extremely sharp nose protrusion, like such that would be needed for supersonic flight. There also seems to be two dangles of some kind on the side, which don't properly correspond to a flying wing design, more like something similar to a Northrop X-47 UCAV:

If I may, the Have Blue was never supersonic, yet had a very sharp angle.

I mean there's a concept behind long wing angle. Runways are constrained by plane width, much less by plane length. You could put a sharp frontal angle in, then attach wings to increase lift.

Also, looking at the video a couple of more times, the aircraft does end up getting wider.

The other issue is the blueness of the sky. I know that air pollution in China has decreased massively, but where in China can you find such unpolluted skies?
