Well my Monday just got more interesting...
Wouldn't count on it. But if J-20 exposure timeline is anything to go by, notice how the first "public unveiling" of J-20 prototype occurred in late 2010, basically 2011. It took years to finalise the frame and then only introduced into service around 2017, a whole 6 years after the first "public unveiling" of the first prototype. But then again the F-35 first prototype to service was around double this timeframe. It's clear the J-20 prototype showed in December 2010 doing taxiing tests in Chengdu was a very early prototype flyable demonstrator and not anywhere near completion.
It would appear China's being very transparent these days. It showed GJ-11 (years old sharp sword flying concept shown too), WZ-8 (previously shown in satellite photos parked outside), DF-DZ (US knows China had been conducting multiple successful HGV tests since 2007) equipped DF-21 in 2019 as well so the trend seems to be transparency and showing the US some material for deterrence.
So even if the H-20 here is real, it could unfortunately be following a similar timeline before reaching service. So who knows. The H-20 probably is flying in some prototype form like J-20 prototype 2001.
