It's impossible to tell, even with danielchin's translation. It could be UCAV or a generic picture.

I was personally rather surprised at Xian's build rates for both the Y-20 and the H-6K so I wouldn't expect this to be a boutique design like the B2.

Also, consider that China also uses the H-6 as an air refueling platform. If they follow this trend with the H-20 the number of units built might be much higher than that. How would you refuel the J-20s for a strike package aimed at the second island chain for example?

Are you suggesting a stealth tanker? I suppose that might work, but it would expose the H-20 RCS value prematurely. Use it often enough and someone will figure it out. I doubt the PLAAF would risk it. However, I'm expecting a Y-20 tanker variant.

The counter stealth technology still has limits of range. I E a counter stealth radar can see a stealth farther out but not at full range. So where a conventional radar might see a conventional fight out to say 1000miles. It sees a stealth at only a dozen. A antistealth might see a conventional fighter again at a 1000miles but a stealth at a hundred.
So the stealth counters by using weapons like antiradiation missiles to nail the antistealth system.
100 is the planned minimum asked for by the USAF. Congress can still decide to chop that up or on the other side keep building them up to hundreds.

And even if you can spot a stealth aircraft, you need to have a killchain that works.

Chinese media has announced on 15 October that the newest long-range strategic bomber will unveil during a parade as part of the 70th anniversary celebrations of the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) in 2019.

According to the news reports, China to unveil its new long-range strategic bomber at the large-scale air force military parade to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the PLAAF. However, there’s no official statement or confirmed from the Chinese government or military.

Also, what kind of Chinese media has announced this? Any random internet media? The unreliable SCMP or again Global Times?

I must admit even if there's indeed a lot of "noise" concerning the H-20 recently, IMO none of the reliable reports directly hint an "appearance soon" or even less a "maiden flight"; these only mention a certain break-thru in design & development. ... therefore these hyping reports like the one from Global Times quoting a Russian newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta - IMO barely reliable in top secret Chinese military matters - and even worse mentioning the wrong aircraft designer, should be IMO at best ignored.

no idea, but I wouldn't be surprised if the author had misread or misinterpreted recent news about H-20. Defence blog isn't exactly my go to source for high quality defence news or commentary in general let alone PLA news.

If you do a search of "H-20 bomber" then you can find some other images from the same series. I doubt it is intended to have any legitimacy.

We have heard reports from Chinese military officials years back that the first H-20 flight is supposed to happen in 2019. So this is a non-news news really.

Unless we hear something about the construction of the prototype, which typically never happens in Chinese aircraft projects until they roll the thing out of the factory door, we'll just have to wait.

According to The Diplomat, the H-20 is specified to include a flying-wing configuration, an intercontinental range of more than 5,000 kilometers, a substantially greater payload than the H-6K and the capability of carrying nuclear weapons. The aircraft can carry at least 10 tons of air-to-surface explosives.

Chinese Central Television confirmed the H-20's designation as the "new long-range strategic bomber" poised to complement the Chinese air force's H-6K bomber force during an August documentary. The video report is said to have marked the first time Chinese officials acknowledged the program's designation publicly.
