Is a Leichte Schnellboote? 12 built and with stern launched torpedoes.
just got a drawing and it doesnt match that good, so it could also be a Kleinstschnellboot project prototype. just guessing

Golle's photo is too small for poor eyesight but my guess is Volksmarine Projekt 63.

Turanian is rigth, this is pr. 63 Itis class based heavily on Wartime LS boats like Skorzeny guessed

I have quite a some DDR volksmarine pics...perhaps I could post them in the World armed forces forum....soon as I find time...

But I know this one, but I would like to give others a change...10 minute intervals in quizes would be too fast...

well its an K.u.K ligth cruiser of the Novarra class, either Saida, Novarra or Helgoland...
