I think Golly just got damn close, correctly identifying the gun being used right down to the "M" variant, but he'd have been even closer if he said it was the Sosna AD artillery system, developed by Nudelman Precise Engineering Design Bureau, CIS.
The missile tubes in the pic are probably Sosna-R although various IR missiles such as Igla, Mistral and Stinger are advertised as compatible.
