Future of the Tank on the Modern Battlefield

Well, the Turks like it enough to buy license for it. Perhaps searching for Turkish sources will give an independent review. IMO none of the technologies are really out of reach for any industrialized nation. The trick is to put the resources into packaging them all into a MBT.

lots of automated components (like the cannon and machine gun), fast and accurate auto-loading gun.

Automated components are not always better. The South Koreans may have improved this, but a human crew member can load shells faster and more reliably than any of the Soviet/Russian autoloaders. There are other benefits to having a human loader too, like on the Abrams where there are two hatches on top, on for the commander and one for the loader, which allows the tank to defend itself from infantry better because of the additional machine gun on top, covering both directions.

Not to mention the additional pair of eyes that can improve situational awareness.

LOL, why are you guys comparing SOUTH Korea's new MBT with Russian tanks? South Korea's tank is mostly based on South Korean, Japanese, and American technology.

The K2 Black Panther has a driver, commander, and gunner. Each member can sit up high to see from the outside or sit inside the tank for protection. Can the Abram M1A2 offer this seating arrangement for all four crew members and still fire as quickly and as accurately as the K2? No way. The K2 can consistently fire very quickly.

With its autoloader and advanced firing control system, this new tank has high accuracy and can fire up to 15 rounds per minute. It can even shoot low-flying helicopters. Supposedly, it can effectively hit targets out to 10km.

It may not have revolutionary materials, revolutionary engines, revolutionary projectiles and firing mechanisms, and so on, but this tank has an incredibly long list of advanced features.

One on one, with equally skilled crew members, I doubt any tank in the world can defeat the K2 Black Panther until some other nation builds a better tank. The only conspicuous drawback is that it's unproven on a real battlefield and it is most expensive.
