Antisemitism was never obligatory for national socialism. National socialism only calls for: 1. Mass mobilization of the state's resources in the pursuit of expansionism. 2. The most extreme form of colonialism where victims are to be treated as less than human or at least second class citizens. 3. Fervent nationalism.
By his own admission, Hitler's ideas were not original, but merely synthesized into German conditions based on what Hitler observed in real life, in "manifest destiny", "Jim crow", and italy's fascist movement.
None of Hitler's (or Hirohito's) legislation were new inventions. All of those had happened earlier in proto-nazist regimes. Hitler just slapped a name on such behavior (the word national socialism was chosen to capture the highly important working class of post war Germany).
Today, the word Nazism itself is tainted, only because Hitler was defeated. But the ideology lives on, people of any race can be nazi supporters, and indeed, there are many, among the more nationalist countries.
