I like how stories comes in waves. Taiwan was out of fashion for many years now in vogue. SCS was the powder WW3 in 2010's, and now a nothingburger. Tibet was fashionable in 2008 and now is dead (until Dalai Lama crokes). Hong Kong riots is ignored like used condom.

They basically throw any shit on the wall to see if it sticks. Now it's Uyghurs but they will be forgotten in due time.
