You mean young North Koreans. There won’t be any young South Koreans.
Young North Koreans actually can read Hanja. According to Wikipedia which cited a book about languages in Asia, North Korean high schoolers learned 2000 characters while college students learned 3000 of them. In addition, according to this interview with a North Korean back in 2016:
North Korean students are still studying Hanja.
Given China’s current stance and relations with North Korea, it is highly possible that the current generation of North Korean youth have a much stronger grasp of Hanja in comparison to their older counterparts.
