Just put on a cosplay costume, nobody would bat an eye.
Dressing up like a clown in a middle of a crowd of normies is going to make you immediately noticeable. Especially when you keep getting closer to the target. Not to mention the risk they might inspect you on the spot because that blade is illegal.
Even funnier when you see they have put India at 54. I guess starvation, poverty, no accessible toilets, dirty running water if you actually have a home, dusty congested roads with horns blaring 24*7 is "bettuh quality of life" than "muh Communist China". Bunch of clowns.
I think the American government has finally succesfully topped themselves by making a list even less representative of reality than the "which countries are most prepared for a pandemic" one.
From a psychology standpoint I find it interesting that Washington is very fond of using made up rankings as a way to spread their message. Rankings are easily believable for those with poor education, while they will often raise red flags among those with critical thinking or even experience in higher education/statistics.
There is a phenomenon where scam emails from Nigerians or indians that promise wealth will often be written in broken English.
One might think that this is because the writers are stupid, but it is an actual tactic of the scammers, who use deliberately shitty language in order to filter out any viewers who would be too smart to fall for the scam.
Hmmmmm more and more degenerate, I guess Taiwan really is letting it go huh
