Some members are predicting a stabilizing US stock market until late-May to late-June. Government will do things to prop it up. For the reason brought up in other thread, the soon-maturing 2025 US treasuries debt.

How exactly do you prop up empty shelves? This is not something you can magically fix by hyping up DOGE coin. You either have the goods or you don’t.

If the trade deal between china and USA is not agreed upon soon, then Americans will resort to importing substitution goods from other countries, or Chinese goods will be re-exported to the USA via a third country. At the end of the day, both get hurt...

Trump has tariffs on other countries as well. Something like 3150 percent on solar panels from South East Asia.

That is customs fraud on 400 billion scale. No company is going to try that. More likely to sell goods on Canadian border .

I could spew out lots of "my takes" or "my views" on Mr. Buffett. But me trying to be respectful, if anyone wants to be like Buffett, first prerequisite is to read a company balance sheet like him. What he can glean out of company balance sheets always amazes me.
