in kind of whistle-past-the-graveyard,
French, German leaders provide fresh top cover for new warplane, tank projects
there's a great sentence inside [I had made a snickering (?) sound while reading it]:
"The aircraft and tank projects made it into the Toulouse declaration only in passing, expressed in the typical diplomatic rhetoric of bilateral enthusiasm meant to mask whatever problems brew underneath."

Media allowed a look today (Mon) at half-sunk INGSTAD F313 - note ship has settled a bit more over the past couple days. Salvage work has not yet begun, but plans to raise the ship and take her to Haakonsvern for repairs.
