Despite India's anti-China tendencies, they are still mostly looking at own self interest. Perhaps this is unacceptable to the westerners. This is why they want a more controllable leader in charge. My opinion on Modi is pretty low, but I do not expect his replacement necessarily be better.

It doesn't matter. India has become a total liability under Modi instead of an important player of multipolar world. It is not lack of trying but India has made everything from economical, political to geographical engagement impossible. It is one thing to be hostile but entirely different when India sabotages everything from BRICS to SCO.

I am doubtful Modi could be bought down by MSM due to the Hindu nationalism fever within India. However, downfall of Modi won't matter much to China as any new Indian leader can't be worse than Modi from China's perspective. Although, from geopolitical perspective, Modi was one of the main factors that Indian economy is in such a dire shape so I won't mind Modi continues to remain in power.

Modi is hard to work with, but he will also be hard to work with with enemies, despite what they say on surface.

A brain dead liberal government like EU will make sure Indians are ready to become next Ukraine.

Both Congress and BJP have been pretty pragmatic in the matter of Indian national interests. Beside, Himalaya mountains have ensured any Indian ambitions would be cut short. For geopolitical calculation, Modi probably posed much more threat to China than Congress as Modi has shown its reckless during 2021 and 2022 clashes.

The husband of one of the woman on the viral video is a former soldier and served on the battlefield in Kargil War against Pakistan.

He said he was helpless in helping his wife when the sad situation happened. That must be so hard for that man to witness and now relive the agony of Humiliation and pain with happened with his family over and over again.

That's just plain wrong to be honest. Its more about religious/ethnic conflict, coupled with porous unstable border with Myanmar, hence makes it easier for both sides to get arms. The Indian government led by Hindus nationalist seem to be more on side of the local government led by the mostly hindus meitei tribe, so they seem to have turned a blind eye to the killings/conflict due to such reasons . So its more of a local issue(like lany other India faces). So you guys should stop blaming the West for everything. We are not omnipotent

India had it's chance to shore up its stability through the SCO. I guess China is giving India a little reverse signing bonus through the porous Myanmar border, payment for persistent childish behavior in the SCO meetings. But India is the only major responsible one here, for promoting superstition and nationalism instead of honesty and hard work.

Actions have consequences.

America cannot help India censor forever. Sooner or later, the shit will spill out.

If India can't be used against the west, it's better to let them fall into a permanent lost generation through uncontrolled ethnic strife, corruption and crime.
