There are unfinished mockups stored at dockside. One looks like a Z-8 helicopter, and the other looks like it might be a JL-10J carrier-capable trainer:
Correction: the top red circle could be a KJ-600 mockup, or might even be a carrier transport aircraft.

Notice the J-15 mockup parked right beside the bow starboard-side EMCAT. There is also at least two tugboats seen working on the CV.
Besides, there is also a smaller drydock directly connected to the fitting-out pool that is being built at Hudong-Zhonghua's side of the shipyard.

I got a question. Can the 003 support aerial refueling tankers? Maybe one that is similar to KJ-600? It will be really helpful if 003 can help extending the combat range of land-based planes in case of an A2/AD operation.

Excuse me. But the tail surfaces do not match at all with a JL-10High-resolution version.
