Latest satellite imagery. It looks like they're applying the anti-slip layer.

The angle and offset of the runway determine how much space will be available left and right for parking aircraft. On 001 and 002 the landing deck has a comparatively small angle and starts relatively close to the ship's axis. That's why aircraft can only stand on the right side during landing operations.

If on 003 the runway starts a little further to the right of the ship's axis and is designed with a larger angle to the left, aircraft can also be parked to the left side of the runway - for example the quick reaction alert squad or an aerial refueling aircraft (or anything else for surprising immediate use), which can take off from the catapult on the runway if the foredeck is full of just landed and parked aircraft.
