Note the green circle and arrows below.

Here's wondering whether that similarly-new hall closest to the water's edge can/will be used to assemble ship modules, which could then be launched right into the water, i.e. similar to how that hall at Huangpu-Wenchong at Guangzhou is assembling and launching FFGs?

This is considering the open-ended construction on both sides of that hall.

That hall is roughly 310 meters long and 63 meters wide. Should be able to hold two DDGs at once while being arranged side-by-side.

Potential sad news for Fujian watchers, a notice from MSS:

In recent years, state security bureaus apprehended a wave of military enthusiasts breaking the law by clandestinely photographing sensitive military equipment. Said individuals are aiming at airfield, port, miliary industrial organizations. They either purposely take private transport, or deliberately board ships and aircrafts that travel near the object of interest and engage in photography using profession equipment like long focus lens or drones, resulting ultimately in punishment by law.

New military equipment particularly aircraft carriers and other major surface combatants have long development cycle, foreign enemy forces can conduct analysis of personal photography to accurately forecast progress of construction and also make estimate on the timeline when said equipment will enter service and become combat effective, and use these information as basis for countermeasures.

I guess MSS didn't take kindly to someone catching the dead load testing on video.

Understandable but how will or could they prevent taking & posting images via commercial flights?
