On Twitter someone asked the same and indeed, it looks like a F-14 with wings in the stored position!
But I'm pretty sure it is not an aircraft but just something different.
It looks like a J-15 with wings folded to me.

I would guess a dummy aircraft of some description given the stage of construction. I would be venturing well outside my area of expertise speculating beyond that.
If they are painting the deck soon with the planified perimeter lines of the catapults, lift-off and parking areas and elevators, maybe it's used to test them to be sure ?
