Is the photo taken from the still-under-construction new Hudong-Zhonghua site?

No, this is from the site where they are erecting new halls on Jiangnan real estate. The new Hudong-facilities are a bit further down still.

It looks like that Hudong will have a full indoor assembly hall which is large enough to build a 075 or 076.
