This is the first catapult carrier China has and it's a unique type of catapult that only china operates, i think it makes sense it will take a while. It's amazing how long it's taking and the covers still haven't come off those cats. Is it delayed or just the installation really takes that long?
If it takes five years before the first attempts are made, it hasn't taken long.Is it delayed or just the installation really takes that long?
Aircraft carrier Ford have been launched in 2013 and still had problems to use his emal catapults in 2021, 8 years later... I don't see a problem with how long it have taken for cv-18 to finish installing them. It's amazing how long it's taking and the covers still haven't come off those cats. I don't think they will remove it until they have to remove it. Even after the installation, the system still need to go through various test and verification. At least the shed can provide these engineers a better work environment and make it easier if they need to reinstall some components, then why even bother to remove the cover? It's amazing how long it's taking and the covers still haven't come off those cats.
