The area in which this struture is located has nothing to do with the area where the carrier is being built. That isnt the island. The island is right in front of the hull, inside those "hangars".

And yes, I've seen this Tweet too, but later at another forum the image with the red circle was posted. As such and since the island is not visible on the first tweet it could be a possibility that it was taken earlier this day and now ...

He's just posting a tweet from CSIS who are re upping their 003 article from a week or so ago.
Most of us know it'll be 315mish, but others who are new or weren't paying attention might have found it useful.
Still, I'd appreciate it if people gave some commentary to posting tweets and articles to explain why they're posting them, i.e. what they offer
