Certainly not impossible -- having a weapons elevator between the two forward catapults is something seen on the Nimitz class as well (among other locations).

I believe we can already see the most topside flight deck module in the staging area, corresponding to the weapons elevators as well, alongside the starboard catapult track (yellow)
