Here's the most precise measurement I can make right now. I found fixed reference points (so not movable bulkheads) for both length and width. tried to estimate the missing piece length. And took into consideration the peculiarity of the near stern section. Which, to me, seems as if it's turned 90 degrees off center for some reason. If so, then it's temporary, until some work is done, and then it will be turned again correctly. So the width is actually the length.
Also, there's a chance there's yet another piece to come to the very top of the bow, but that may happen quite a bit later, when the rest of the hull is joined and there's more room. that piece too would add several meters to the waterline length.
Anyway, roughly speaking, max width (though we don't know if it's exactly waterline) is 41.6 m, and current length projection is ~272 m, though with the tip of the bow that may yet grow to 275 or 280 or so meters. Again, we don't know if it's exactly waterline length, but it sure should be close to waterline length.
IF 41.6 and 275-280 are waterline measurements, it'd make it longer and wider than QE carriers. And a bit wider but not quite as long as Forrestal/Kitty Hawk classes. Kuznetov is even narrower at waterline than QE, but seems to sit somewhere in between in waterline length terms between QE and 003 carrier. (so 003 should be slightly longer and more than slightly wider than 002 ) But the fact the width is even bigger than forrestal in these measurements leads me to believe we're either not seeing the true waterline level here or that measurements are simply not that precise/correct.
