I must admit, neither naval issues nor identifying stuff on sat-images is my best topic, but why should this be a nuclear reactor?

Do we know comparable images of USN CVNs with their reactor(s) visible so that we can compare?

When the dock is flooded so that the modules can float, part of the structure must remain above the water level. The engines need combustion air, and the ballast tanks need access to air to be pumped out again.

I'm probably a bit too far off with a speculation, but these structures on that barque (if it is indeed one ?) look quite similar to rails and like rails we know on the construction site?

It looks like they are cranking up the speed of construction, even with modules of unit #2 is not surprising.
