Yeah, that railgun ship is in that harbor near Wuhan. Also affected are the production of Yuan SSKs.

Not to mention those radar test centers with the mockups for the next carrier.

Yes, there was a delay in work, but not due to technical reasons. The main reasons are (1) Chinese New Year Holidays, and (2) COVID-19.

1) Workers usually take off for Chinese New Year Holidays from 2 weeks or more.

2) Due to COVID-19 spreads, the central government imposed an order that further 2 or 3 weeks holidays before any work can commenced.

3) Workers came back slower than normal because of COVID-19 related rules on transport, e.g. on all aircraft and railways, passengers must be seated at least one metre away from others. This means airliners, railways and buses only carried 1/3 to 1/4 of their normal passenger load.

Given the limited manpower, if I were the shipyard management, I might prioritize finishing the destroyers first.

Commercial ships order will slow down, due to worldwide economic slowdown. All these excess manpower will then be directed to the construction of cv and ddg.

卫星图自己找,美帝拍的,实在找不到去我微博看。看不懂没关系,哥给您科谱。1234动力舱是柴油机发电动力舱(4号图二),个人预计12~16台。前后主机舱共8个锅炉4台蒸汽轮机组。个人预计单轴6万马力。辅机舱内是各类舱用辅机及重油舱。图三是前后动力舱烟道预留口,由此垂直向上后向舰岛方向横向汇合后向上排出。

Inside the auxiliary engine room are various auxiliary engines and heavy oil tanks. Figure 3 is the reserved flue of the front and rear power cabins. From this, it merges vertically upwards and backwards and then merges laterally to the direction of the island and then discharges upwards.

Isn't this guy completely debunked to be a unreliable source and should not be trusted after recent 075 scandal.
