Not CCTV, just the Shanghai station
where the 3rd carrier, Type 002, is build right now

You can't quickly move it to the front from the back if another module is in the way. There are few obvious reasons for moving it close to the water. I also did not use the word imminent.
Haha, the CV is PLAN property, Shanghai TV station does not own it, nor get the right to name it. Not only the local media outlet, even some CCTV channels make loads of mistakes, they even copy/paste from internet.
If you really want some authoritative evidence, watch certain programs from CCTV channel 13 (news) and CCTV 1 at 19:00 and repeated every hour, or CCTV military channel. These channel/programs say the truth within the limit, or say nothing off-limit, they don't make mistakes.
Note, CCTV military channel has serving PLA officers sitting in their team, Channel 1 and 13 news team's articles are carefully screened by editorial board. All other media outlets are just talk-shows.

I predict 003 launch in summer of next year
1st LHD end of this year
2nd LHD middle of next around same time as carrier
Then end of next year 3rd LHD
Basically 4 flat decks within 12-18 months
End of 2020 China will have in the water
3 x carriers
3 x LHD
8 x LPD

But the type 002(CV-18) has not been launched yet. Where is the type 003(CV-19) right now?
To make it clear:
002 at Dalian is already launched, but still labeled 001A here, so the new carrier under construction at Shanghai is 003.
