Moving away from political commentary, in this post there are two mockups visible in front of the island tower of Fujian.
The one on the right seems to be a Flanker, what's the one on the left? It doesn't look like the J-35, but I'm not experienced with this sort of visual identification.

a real fuel truck parked in front of the Bridge tower, but I am not sure if the two J-15s are mock ups or real planes to my amateur eyes, what gives?
difficult to imagine doing flight tests on the 3rd sea trial although I will be more than happy to see the two planes missing upon return of the CV-18.

Mock ups. Real fighters are flown to the carrier from a land naval base. The fuel truck is likely for helicopters and backup purposes.
