A part of the northern Yellow Sea is cordoned off for military activity between 24 May and 11 June, although this might not be for the Fujian.

You can see in the 3rd picture on post #10195 posted by by78, there were 3 escorts on the top of the image. Presumably destroyers and frigates, probably a type 055, one type 052D and a type 054A which was posted in PLA Navy news thread.
