The CEO of the Chinese naval Group CSIC indicates in an internal meeting that the second Chinese aircraft carrier has passed the tests in structure, buoyancy, stability and sealing during the first exit to the sea, as well as the locally designed propulsion system.

[and the same picture follows ... but if you were after the original source, then LOL I don't know]

You forgot the boats, the vehicles and some space for other equipment and - most important - maintenance. In your drawings handling is already impossible.

I guess, you never worked in a hangar?

No, I didn't forget anything, that space is for aircraft only. And yes, handling is possible and was calculated. By the way, the second drawing is how Russians designed it.

Also, I am not sure how does Type 001A hangar look like and I guess it might not be the same, should be a bit bigger, but that is just my guess.

That's the way it is.

You did read the rest of my answer to you, no comments on that?

And my guess concerning the hangar size on 2nd AC is based on the changes on the ships constructions that 2nd AC doesn't need/have, unlike the 1st AC. But you already know that, right?

Google translate:
China’s first domestically-produced aircraft carrier successfully completed its first voyage mission and returned safely and smoothly. This shows that the first domestic aircraft carrier structure, buoyancy, stability, and tightness developed on the basis of our independently established aircraft carrier design criteria and technical standards system have successfully undergone marine navigation verification. The successful completion of the offshore drive test at the power system indicates that China has developed a research and development, design, and construction system for the core equipment of the aircraft carrier power system, control software and system integration, and on-board installation.

Yes.

We know, that the hangars of Kuznetsov, Liaoning and the 2nd Chinese carrier have all the same size.

Do you maybe have a link confirming this (drawings would be perfect)? Would love to know that cause I read that it might be a bit different...

Thx!
