I read somewhere else, that the official launch could be anywhere upto 2 days time. I mean even the official ceremonial flags havn't been put out yet........currently it looks as if they are just checking the vessel over first to see there are no problems.

coincidentally enough I was just at Dalian earlier today & saw a couple glimpses of the 001A & 2 052Ds in various stages of construction through the freeway overpass near the port. Didn't see anything unusual happening on the 001A.

the freeway overpass did not have the best of angles & only caught a couple of glimpses. Was a bit surprised to able to see this much on a busy freeway though.
