According to the OP, the excerpt talks about carrier Shandong. Apparently, close to 10,000 landings have been carried out on the Shandong. Does anyone have access to this article?

yeah, I also saw it hereCCTV
Seems like there's been quite a few news stories about the carriers these couple days
People's Daily front page:

This is pretty impressive if true. close to 10000 takeoff/landings in just over 5 years would mean 2000 per year (at least recently).
In this recent deployment, they did 380. But most of the time, I assume they do land based takeoff/landings.
the first takeoff of the J-15 from the Shandong aircraft carrier occurred on August 8, 2019. It took 3 years, until August 2022, to complete 1,000 takeoffs and landings. The next 1,000 were achieved 7 months later, in March 2023. By July 2025, the total reached nearly 10,000, meaning approximately 6,000 takeoffs and landings were completed in the following 28 months. There's also this story:
In here, this is mentioned: He clearly remembers: the first 1,000 takeoffs and landings took 3 years; the second 1,000 took 7 months...
So very roughly, if we start from where the first flight took place, the first 2000 takeoffs were done by around April 2022, which leaves around 3 years for the rest with this assumption. This is about 1000 per ~4.8 months, which is not too far off from the 7 months figure. It's also "close to 10k", which could mean something as low as 8k, for example.
