That could explain why the Pfizer and Moderna trial results are much better than Oxford.
According to reading of research in rhesus monkeys and in humans, the vaccination schedule for CORONAVAC to achieve a better effectiveness would be the following: 6UG DOSE/not 3ug as in current tests DAY INTERVAL BETWEEN VACCINES28 days (not 14 days as in current tests)
For example with a single dose, the pfizer vaccine is only 50% effective but 95% with two doses
There is no excuse for CORONAVAC's testing scheme. they could have tested it with the two doses (3 and 6ug), with the two day intervals between vaccines (14 and 28 days),as did OXFORD and ASTRAZENECA, but they didn't, which was a clear mistake.
The effectiveness would certainly be greater with the doubled dose and interval of days between the vaccines doubled.

At least one million Chinese have already been inoculated with Chinese vaccine.
Regarding delaying in announcing trial results, "too bad" China got rid of the COVID-19 at home so quickly and has to cooperate with overseas research institutions to conduct independent trials. It takes time to consolidate all the data from these independent trials.

Well the last few days there has been news about China's 'unreliable' vaccines, especially from tabloids, but Western media and Western society has seriously gone to sh*t this year. So I've been rolling my eyes a lot recently. Westerners look pretty lost and soulless recently. (When you're on low level lockdown for one year, it does things to you)
I'm still pretty surprised by the failure of Western governments to effectively contain the virus.
I know an Asian family who lives in a white hicktown in the middle of nowhere, and they totally embrace whiteness. Believed America was the greatest nation on Earth, those stuff, a paradise. Told their children to only marry white people, warned them not to interact with blacks or Latinos or get disowned. I wonder how they are doing this year. They would definitely experience anti-Asian racism this year lol. Pity I lost contact with the girl.
Oh and yes they were Taiwanese, of course.
I mean what kind of parents tell their children they will get disowned if they dated a black person? Even hicktown people have black acquaintances lol. Sigh
