I actually think that a lot of old people in the States are practicing better social distancing than younger people. Around 40% of people tested positive in New York are young people.

That's some good news. I think Jiangsu province, China, have had zero fatality out of the final tally of more than 800 that was confirmed to be infected with the virus. I believe a few other provinces in China also had good outcome approaching , if not better than, 0.3 percent (not counting imported cases).
They spared zero expense in Jiangsu. One of the patients required double lung transplants and they did it free of charge.
If this report is true then we can establish several facts and need to ask a few important questions.
Facts:
1. Every news claiming "China didn't tell us / we didn't know" from the usa is a propaganda.
2. The usa did nothing to prepare for the “cataclysmic event” for months
Questions:
1. Why didn't the usa warn China and warn the world about this “cataclysmic event” if they had early knowledge? Why did they stay silent?
2. China knew about a “cataclysmic event" and covered it up for two months.
a. Does this sound logical to you?
b. Why aren't more people dead if the “cataclysmic event” was covered up for 2 months? Something does not add up.
c. What caused China to do a 180 from a cover up to full lock down? What was worse than a “cataclysmic event”? Again, something does not add up.
d. Why was the ophthalmologist, Dr. Li, only given a verbal reprimand to stop spreading rumors and quickly released safely back into the public. Wouldn't the Chinese government want to silence him to cover up the “cataclysmic event”
3. Why haven't other expert investigators from the likes of the World Health Organization (WHO) been able to unearth this enormous cover-up? There should be mountains upon mountains of evidence. So far, only the US intelligence and military agencies had early knowledge of this.
4. Why haven't other spy intelligence agencies from other nations discovered the cover up. So far, only the US intelligence and military agencies had early knowledge of this.

U.S. intelligence officials warned in November that the coronavirus spreading in China’s Hubei region could become a “cataclysmic event,” ABC News reported Wednesday.
The military’s National Center for Medical Intelligence (NCMI) documented concerns about the initial stages of the pandemic in an intelligence report, two officials familiar with the document told ABC News, which added that the document highlighted how the virus was disrupting life and business and threatened the population in the area.
Intelligence was reportedly obtained through wire and computer intercepts along with satellite images showing the new disease was not under control in China.
The report highlights that officials had knowledge to begin acting against the coronavirus months before it struck the U.S., ABC News noted.
"Analysts concluded it could be a cataclysmic event," one of the sources told the network, who added that the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon’s Joint Staff and the White House were briefed "multiple times."
After the NCMI report, policymakers, decisionmakers and the National Security Council at the White House were repeatedly briefed on the issue, a source added.
The coronavirus first appeared in the President’s Daily Brief of intelligence matters in early January, according to ABC News.
Those who worked on presidential briefings in Republican and Democratic administrations said the initial concerns would have gone through weeks of vetting and analysis before appearing in the daily brief.
"The timeline of the intel side of this may be further back than we’re discussing," a source said of preliminary reports from Wuhan, the city considered the initial epicenter of the outbreak in China. "But this was definitely being briefed beginning at the end of November as something the military needed to take a posture on."
The Trump administration has repeatedly said it could not have prepared for the pandemic, but the president’s critics have said the administration should have done more.
As of Wednesday morning, almost 400,000 Americans have tested positive for the virus, with at least 12,911 deaths, according to data from Johns Hopkins University.
The Pentagon and the White House National Security Council did not immediately return requests for comment on the ABC News report.

That's not the point of the article. Trump claims he saved millions of people stopping travel from China. He didn't stop travel from Europe until much later. East coast cases of coronavirus, especially New York, which are far higher than other metropolitan areas in the rest of the US are because of travel between the US and Europe being New York was the gateway there. The article has nothing to do with assigning who to blame for coronavirus in general. Trump claimed he saved millions is meaningless since he left the door to Europe open.

The italian strain of the SARS-CoV-2 is a different one than the Wuhan-China strain.

Since the pandemic in italy started a lot of media in Germany and Austria blamed the chinese community for the spreading of the virus, but they didn't found any evidence!

What is the point, the Italian coronavirus is standalone, and has no relations with the Chinese virus ?
So, two virus outbreak happened independently from each other ?
