No this is about your inability to properly apply e^x functions to an analysis. Your making the assumption that anything which exhibits exponential growth in one stage will continue growing exponentially forever. The problem highlighted by the people I cited earlier, is that decaying infrastructure has caused a lack of testing/treatment, not that this virus itself is some 'godzilla.' On top of that, there are clearly way bigger problems in the world than this virus, but none of them get as much media attention and hype. I mentioned multiple catastrophic practices that are currently threatening our entire ecosystem, but no one here is panicking about any of that.
