It’s hard to say. Most of the measures that are curbed are more or less targeted towards travelers and any of their associates. Yes, the Chinese emphasized the economic aspect as well. However, given how strict they are in regards to Guangzhou and how they essentially let the Foxconn workers go awol, something tells me that the Chinese are figuring out where the local cases are actually coming from.

Afaik only the moderna vaccine has higher than average side effects. With most vaccines, there is a 1 to 1000 or 1 to 10000 chance to get a serious side effect of some type.
I'm a youngish healthcare worker living for now in an EU country, they only have Pfizer and moderna here. Since ppl who are old are not recommended to get the latter, that's the only one we can get. 4 doses. Had symptomatic covid during summer even when I was on 3 doses.
depends, there is still border control with 8 days total quarantine for inbounds which are the primary spread vector. people should still continue to wear masks. Mask wearing and proper social distancing with vaccines still work. I've never been infected and I have never worked from home even a single day, since I apparently work in a 'critical industry'. I eat lunch at my office desk while my coworkers go to restaurant and don't wear masks, spewing spit on each other and sharing germs. I'm one of the few to remain COVID free.
