Worrisome situation in Guangxi because there is more symptomatics than asymptomatics, that could mean that the testing is lagging there, is a rural province with low population density, so it means is difficult to reach everyone.
I am not too worry about it. Guangxi has already conducted mass testing. It is bad but not dire.
The two problem provinces, Guangxi and Gansu, are border provinces. So it depends on where in those two provinces most of the cases are located. They may be leakage infection from Vietnam and Mongolia, respectively.
