He's guessing this transfer of pandemic prevention stuff isn't being reported in South Korean media because it would make their own pandemic prevention effort (or lack thereof) look bad.

A bit OT, but why does NK also have bad demographics in terms of male female balance, would it be more equal, i would see some NK girls being a bargainchip for NK im exchange for aid.
