They should help their own province recover from covid first.

The vulnerable and at-risk population (i.e., elderly, immunocompromised, comorbid obese) will still take the Covid booster even with higher side effects than flu shot because the actual COVID disease infection has far more severe symptoms than the vaccine itself. For others like younger people, they don't really take flu shots regularly anyways, so you are right the younger folks likely won't get the booster for COVID unless it is mandated. Not practical. Covid boosters have far severe side effects compared to flu shots. Not many people are willing to take a covid booster unless vaccine passport explicitly requires it in order to renew passport after passport expiration.
You can see in Novavax's report their vax has very severe side effects compared to flu shot. And most other vax such as mRNA have far stronger side effects than even Novavax's vax.
COVID disease is more harmful than booster shots.Only those 70+ should be given boosters. Boosters do more harm than good for younger people.
Those are for very rare diseases like polio, measles, pertussis. Covid is a very common disease. More common than flu and second most common after rhinovirus infection. Heck, there isn't even flu vaccination mandate for school children and flu is far rarer than covid.
Vaccination was most strongly associated with an elevated risk of myocarditis (risk ratio, 3.24)...... SARS-CoV-2 infection was associated with a substantially increased risk of myocarditis (risk ratio, 18.28)......
Stop spreading misinformation yourselfVaccination is associated with +324% higher risk of myocarditis compared to controls, while COVID disease is associated with +1,828% higher risk of myocarditis. () What this means in reality:
That's almost 14X difference between unvaccinated w/COVID and vaccinated w/o COVID. So the benefits of vaccines far outweigh the risks.
- 0.009% risk of myocarditis among unvaccinated without COVID. ()
- 0.03% risk of myocarditis among vaccinated without COVID (324% higher risk)
- 0.17% risk of myocarditis among unvaccinated infected with COVID. (1,828% higher risk)
So it is highly misleading and disingenuous to push the narrative that vaccines does more harm than good, @supersupersoldier If you continue to push this narrative, you will be reported for spreading misinformation.

@SteelBird bro I'm not a doctor but a friend of my who is said that the 3rd dose is not needed especially if its Sinovac or Sinopharm, its not an advert as we know being fully vaccinated you're protected from being critical ill or hospitalized. What is needed is to increase your immune system by exercising , proper diet and intake of vitamins. I hope you're feeling okay, stay safe and god bless.By the way, I've taken the 3rd shot of AZ. My 1st and 2nd shots were Sinovac. A little bit fever suppressed by 1 dose of 1000mg of Doliprane (Paracetamol) and a little pain at injection site.
Stop spreading misinformation yourself
What is the demographic? The study involves 12-15 years boys
- 0.17% risk of myocarditis among unvaccinated infected with COVID. (1,828% higher risk)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Eligibility criteria included an age of 16 years or older, continuous membership in the health care organization for a full year, no previous SARS-CoV-2 infection, and no contact with the health care system in the previous 7 days (the latter criterion was included as an indicator of a health event not related to subsequent vaccination that could reduce the probability of receiving the vaccine).
The risk for myocarditis was defined as the percentage of patients with myocarditis and was calculated among patients with and without COVID-19, overall and by sex (male or female) and age group (<16, 16–24, 25–39, 40–49, 50–64, 65–74, and ≥75 years).
I'm not sure which post you are replying to, but the study that I cited is for >16 years and older in Israel ()
The other source is from CDC MMR which cites ALL age groups, from <16 years old all the way up to >75 years old.
So I'm not sure what post you are replying to. Where the heck did you get 12-15 years old from?
