At this rate China and the rest of the world should think about suing the UK and US and India for their criminal neglect in incubating a far more deadlier and transmissible version of COVID; seriously, bloody R=12?!!!!!!

Coincidentally, Malaysia has temporarily stopped the planned vaccination program for 17 years old and below out of the vaccine heart inflammation concerns and I'm guessing will finally end up deciding to use inactivated vaccines like Sinovac or Sinopharm on this group of younger people.

mRNA vaccines are proven to be most effective across a wider spectrum of the variants. mRNA vaccines are known to induce more memory T cells from the immune system than traditional vaccines. New cases are mostly milder cases not requiring hospitalization.

Ok, show me the proof then. False information doesn't become truth simply be repeating things over and over again, unless you're president Bush. And don't move the goal post, let's compare effectiveness not preventing hospitalization. Personally I wouldn't call 39% the most effective vaccine.

Seeing how cases spikes again in the US and Israel, if that's really the most effective vaccine, I guess we are doomed when another variant comes out.

You need to separate those fully vaccinated and those not even vaccinated for the first dose. The US epidemic is now among those 100 million who are not even vaccinated for the first dose. They only have about 65% vaccinated for the first dose. New cases among those fully vaccinated are mostly mild cases.

Remember that all vaccines are not 100% effective, and they only prevent you from serious cases when you get infected. Given a choice between serious and mild symptoms, the choice is clear. You better get the best vaccines.
