More importantly, COVID-19 has started to spread in Israel yet again. From the article above:

This is why RNA virus are so big trouble for vaccine. It mutates quickly to make vaccine useless. They were able to eradicate DNA virus like smallpox which mutate slowly and therefore can be beaten by vaccine but cannot eradicate RNA virus like polio which mutates quickly that makes vaccine useless.
It is shameful that even for such a sad story of Africa. NYT is still trying to demonize Chinese vaccines.
