Big whoop...Western media will always do what western media does best which is to lie, obfuscate, and create alternate facts/reality to fit the narrative pushed by their masters.

I don't fear such b.s. and I don't think China should be quaking in their knickers because the western media is going to push this idiotic theory. At the end of the day, what's the worst outcome they can really inflict against China substantively. Russia despite all the severe sanctions it suffered throughout the preceding years is still standing strong despite what some or many in the west says about Russian economy being the size of Tejas. If the west is really f..ng serious about China being the worst country since Nazi Germany with all these hilarious accusations then just declare war because all these virtue and woke signaling nonsense ain't going to make China or the Chinese people writ-large bend the knee.

Most people, if they haven’t already, now believe Covid leaked from Wuhan Lab. There has been 24/7, nonstop coverage from BBC to CNN to WSJ to Guardian.

If you say something over and over again it eventually becomes the accepted truth.

Soft power matters. China lacks that right now. But it should ignore all the chatter and continue to focus on its own goals and development path.

This is true.
Even in my local radio they have started seriously talking about the Covid leak from the Wuhan lab

I will also note that this was ridiculed during Trump as they all though he was just joking

But this time around my local radio, TV and Facebook is full of it. This is very serious.
They are drumming up their conspiracies

People, media and politicians in my country (and on others as well) have started seriously talking about the covid escaped from Wuhan lab theory.

China must take serious measures against the US for this. They are taking a huge reputational hit right now

What serious measure should China take against the US for this? Nah, China should just continue doing what it has always done - focus on its own growth, hit its 5 year, 10 year development goals.

Ignore the chatter. Stay focused.
