What's the source of that. I did not know that Chinese companies are supplying critical components for GE and RR.
there is plenty of information available on Engine thread. if you have time you can read out.

for example, this company. Wuxi Hangya Technology Co., Ltd is the largest supplier of compressor blades in the world. by 2021, they have delivered 1.5 Million compressor blades to GE/Safran..

Does that mean Chinese companies also supply these parts to the US aircraft engine makers for fighter jets and other military aircrafts?

US government is ultra sensitive to anything that is made in China, for use on their military aircraft and other military assets. They will reject even things like a simple made in China bolt and nut .

Comparison of the production capacity and production rates of Airbus, Boeing, COMAC, and Embraer: Note that production capacity is not equal to annual production.

For the next 20 years, China will need more than 8,000 new airliners according to Airbus forecast, that is a simple average of 400 new passenger jets per year. Actual aquisition rates would be like an accelerated curve. According to forecast, COMAC may have market share of around 25% or 2,000 aircraft for the next 20 years.

In 2024, 730 million passenger trips were recoded by Chinese airlines, of which 665 million passenger trips were for domestic flights.

1. Airbus. Targeting 820 deliveries in 2025, with plans to ramp up A320 production to 75 aircraft per month by 2027.

2. Boeing. Produces around 400-500 Boeing 737s, 100 Boeing 777s, and 100-140 Boeing 787s per year.

3. COMAC. Around 200 aircraft per year by 2029 for both C909 and C919. Current capacity is around 50 aircraft.

4. Embraer. Aims to increase production from 73 aircraft to 110-120 units annually.
