It is called "灵雀B"/LingQue B, meaning it is the 2nd phase of the "LingQue" project, there was an A.It was a drone.

The project "灵雀" was announced at least back in 2015 by COMAC. See here . It is another evidence of "if one want to know about China, information is there to be found, China will not spoon feed or try to convince someone". To Franklin, this rant of mine is not aimed at you.
