What would be the seating configuration of Suparna Airlines C919? Considering their B737-800s are configured Y189, one might expect them to have the first C919 in all economy class configuration. But how many seats will they fit? Considering C919 is a bit longer than the A320, it may be able to have around 190 seats in total.

generally speaking, you need 1 FA per 50 seat. So, it will definitely be under 200. You can probably replace 2 rows of 4 FC seats with 3 rows of 6 including removing certain back galley (no need for heated food).
You can add another row of Y seat.
So that would add 18 seats on top 164 that MU uses.

If you want to do 28 inch pitch instead of 29 inch pitch, you can add another row. That would bring you do 188.

The Y-20 probably has a Chinese clone of Honeywell's avionics system

If the west block the sale of such "international standards equipment" then China has excuse to skip the certification

From what I got from the MC-21 indigenization process the least competitive avionics box was the collision avoidance system.
Turns out there is like one single US vendor which makes them.

If I'm not wrong there are many manufacturers of both TCAS (Traffic Collision Avoidance System) and TAWS (Terrain Awareness Warning System), maybe they are referring to the EGPWS that is the Honeywell's implementation of the TAWS.

This looks rather ambitious, given the current delivery rate.
