Europeans are so uncomfortable with importing renewable equipment, so we can just sell green energy product to them. green energy whether in ammonia, methanol or DRI
they are building hydrogen pipeline from Northern most part of Hebei province to Tangshan, which iirc is a pretty heavy industry city. Capturing the wind/solar that's quite abundant from North (which is next to inner mongolia) and sending that to Tangshan. See, not everything requires building petro chem plant next to the renewable center. you can pump the hydrogen through pipeline for usage later.
