Unclear here if this is turbines that haven't had their foundation firms up or already operational turbines. The latter would be much bigger issue than the former.

Sinochem won bid for a project that plans to produce 500k ton of green methanol a year. not sure how much through biomass and how much through hydrogen.
the goal in this area is eventually to produce 20 million ton of methanol and SAF per year. And most of that used as green fuel.
