Until they can replace all those coal plants, there isn't such thing as overcapacity in renewables. There is just a huge under capacity in people that can install solar panels

big deal here if this works out. China does not have a globally relevant energy trading platform, but it does have one for critical minerals. Can move to include major green energy trading bolster Shanghai as a major energy trading center? They would be better served to combine it with oil and NG trading longer term
